Police shooting at mall results in man death

(FROM CBC) Ottawa police shot a 30-year-old man which caused his death at the Elmvale Acres Shopping Centre parking last Thursday morning.
Ottawa police received a “suspicious incident” call at 7:53 a.m. to the area of St. Laurent Boulevard and Russell Road, where the incident happened.
The southern parking lot area was cordoned off by investigators. Also, the mall’s transit stop was closed until further notice by OC Transpo.
