Creating Connections

On November 12th, The Algonquin Times Journalism Team and The Contests and Events Team hosted the second edition of Algonquin Times Together. The event took place over Zoom, and this time had a pop culture theme. The conversation began by talking about unique activities or places people have discovered in their hometowns throughout quarantine. A challenging game of Disney themed trivia was played and tested everyone’s knowledge of some iconic characters. Our furry friend Lexi, and her awesome owner Amber (from the AC Dog Squad), came for a visit and shared some very important and useful advice for future dog owners. A draw for a $25 Starbucks gift card took place and one lucky person was chosen as the winner.
