OC Transpo buses experienced long delays due to snow accumulating faster than it could be cleared on city streets and the transit-way.
The forecast calls for freezing rain Wednesday evening, meaning that road conditions have the potential to be even worse for commuters on Thursday morning.
(FROM CTV News) Conservative Party Leader, Andrew Scheer, made clear that he would have fired Canada’s Ambassador to China, John McCallum, over comments he made regarding Huawei executive, Meng Wanzhou.
On Jan. 22, 2019, McCallum commented that he believed Meng had “good arguments” to avoid extradition to the US.
Scheer said that the comments were completely unacceptable and that McCallum should be held responsible for his actions.
